1.1. InstallMe takes the protection of your privacy seriously. We commit to handling your personal information with the highest level of confidentiality, as we do with all our customers’ information – we do this securely and carefully.
1.2. Information that you supply to us directly, through an order in-store, online or by telephone, is used to provide the best service to our customers and is communicated to our team members who will be carrying out your installation. All data collected, whether directly or indirectly, is used only by InstallMe, and is never used without your permission and is limited to the extent required by law. We have implemented the necessary technology to protect the personal information that we have under our control from unauthorised access. InstallMe will comply with the principles as set out in the Privacy Act 1988 and the Privacy Amendment (Private Sector) Act 2000. This Policy does not apply to information held by InstallMe about its employees.
2. COLLECTING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION:
2.1. When placing an order on our website, we record sufficient personal details (name, address, etc.) to confirm your identity, and to ensure we send our team to the correct address. We don’t record your credit card information on our site.

3.1. Your personal information is used by InstallMe for the primary purpose of supplying you with our services. We may also use your information for locating and identifying purposes, to improve and maintain InstallMe's relationship with you, or when we publish some feedback information you submit about our services. When giving us feedback, if you choose to keep your information confidential, the feedback will be used internally and will not be posted on our website for public view. If you do not choose to keep your feedback confidential, your name and the feedback you provide may be published on the InstallMe website.

3.7. Generally your information will be provided free of charge, however InstallMe may charge a fee to cover its reasonable costs in relation to retrieving and supplying the information to you.

4.1. InstallMe uses website cookies. These cookies can be used by a third party to display appropriate advertising material on our website or on other websites. We or our affiliates may use cookies or an image called a web beacon (Single Pixel GIFs) to collect non-personal information, which may include your website browsing activities to provide you with interest-based marketing.

Widgets found on the InstallMe site which may collect your email address or personal information do so in accordance with their own respective policies and the developers of the widgets are responsible to uphold their obligations in regards to your privacy.
